Dr. Katrina Gillette received a PhD in horticulture, and with her love of plants created a special and unique skin care line made from organic fresh roses grown at her family farm in Moab, Utah. Belle Tige skin care features freshly hand picked roses that are blended into formulas that will benefit and beautify your skin. Roses protect, heal, and nourish skin with antioxidant and fatty acids, and with fresh garden to bottle ingredients Belle Tige roses deliver the highest quality possible. Roses are part of ancient skin care rituals, and we believe that daily practice and use will not only nourish your skin but your spirit as well. Only natural blending ingredients are used, some of which have been used for centuries such as honey, clay, plant oils, raw sugar, whole herbs, and Dead Sea salt. Consistently using gently detoxing skin care rituals will help your skin flourish and have a soft glow.

This grand tale is one of a kid from the suburbs of Chicago who took a class a pottery class in college and then never stopped. Four years and eight cities later I’m still at it.
From programs tutoring in Milwaukee public schools and building literacy programs in rural Washington (through AmeriCorps) I continued creating pottery.
Since then I have been: a nomad, a cash register queen, an envelope stuffing temp, a gardener at the John C. Campbell Folk School, and a Resident Advisor at a ranch in Colorado working with at risk high school students. I find myself now in Utah seeking out a career in environmental education.
My dream and vision for my life and career is continually evolving, but I know pottery will always be part of me and my gypsy soul.

Welcome to Farm Yard, where we are dedicated to helping you realize the potential of your yard as a path towards sustainability.
We farm our yards and want you to too. Since 2014 we have been helping local farmers and gardeners grow fruits, vegetables and flowers. Along with continuing to offer support to the local growing community, we currently have a micro flower farm, delivering fresh cut flowers and specialty bouquets.
We feel this ability to grow food is in all of us – an intrinsic knowledge that we just have to dig for a bit. We support you in that journey and share what we have learned from our own experience.
